Tekken 8 Season 3 Reveals New Fighters, Launching in March

During the Tekken World Tour Finals 2025 Champion event, Bandai Namco Entertainment officially confirmed that Tekken 8 Season 3 will begin in March 2026. The upcoming season will include new balance updates that refresh gameplay and introduce four new fighters, while also bringing back fan-favorite characters from previous Tekken titles.

Season 3 Lineup

The confirmed Season 3 characters include:

  • Kunimitsu – The ninja heir and rival of Yoshimitsu (available in Spring)
  • Bob – The burly fighter returning as a rice ball seller (available in Summer)
  • Roger Jr. – The boxing kangaroo, last seen in Tekken 6 (available in Fall)
  • Mystery Character – Yet to be revealed, along with a new battle stage in Winter

Players who purchase the season will also receive the Aurora Outfit Pack, featuring exclusive costumes for their fighters.

Gameplay Updates

Season 3 introduces balance adjustments and new moves for all existing characters, adding depth and strategic variety to combat. Players should expect some traditional combos and moves to be updated or removed, encouraging a fresh approach to matches. Additionally, ranked modes will be reset at the start of the new season.

Tekken 8 Overview

Tekken 8 is currently available in Thai language support on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game continues the story of Jin Kazama seeking revenge against his war-hungry father, Kazuya, who killed his grandfather.
