Where fans still see flaws
Despite widespread praise, Resident Evil Remake is not perfect. Some players feel the mansion layout became more confusing than the original. While that design increased tension, it also made navigation harder.
Additionally, the aiming system still relied on classic tank controls. For some modern players, that reduced shooting precision compared to later entries.
However, these points rarely overshadow the overall achievement. Many fans argue that both versions have strengths. The original offers nostalgia and historical importance, while the remake delivers atmosphere and refinement.
