Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties Demo Available January 22

SEGA CORPORATION has announced the release of demo versions for Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties on Thursday, January 22, 2026, available for PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). The full game will launch on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

The demo lets players explore major locations in Tokyo and Okinawa, engage in mini-games, and experience portions of the storylines and combat in both titles.

Explore parts of the new Ryukyu district
Experience improved combat action as Kazuma Kiryu, switching between Dragon of Dojima: Kiwami Style and Ryukyu Style

Experiment with character costumes to change Kiryu’s outfits

Dark Ties

Play select main story scenes
Explore parts of Kamurocho district
Engage in combat action using Mine Yoshitaka’s boxing-based fighting style
Try mini-games such as Shogi (Japanese chess)

Note: Save data from the demo cannot be transferred to the full game.

Pre-Order Bonus

Players who pre-order the full game will receive “Ichiban Kasuga Gang Member”, adding Kasuga to the Bad Boy Dragon team mode in Yakuza Kiwami 3. Pre-order eligibility applies until Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 23:59 JST for digital editions.
