Available for pre-order now and coming soon to stores. The Series 11 offers aluminum options in Space Gray, Jet Black, Rose Gold, and Silver, along with polished titanium models in Natural, Gold, and Slate finishes.
Innovative design meets durability and convenience
Apple Watch Series 11 delivers up to 24-hour battery life in its sleek, lightweight build that’s comfortable enough to sleep in after a full day of use. Fast-charging adds up to 8 hours of battery with just a 15-minute charge. The aluminum models now feature Ion-X glass that’s twice as scratch-resistant, thanks to Apple’s proprietary ion-exchange process and ceramic atomic bonding enhancing surface hardness. Titanium versions continue to use sapphire crystal fronts, renowned for their scratch and shatter resistance.
Powerful 5G cellular connectivity
With a cellular plan, users can make calls, send messages, or access emergency services without needing an iPhone nearby. The upgraded 5G cellular delivers faster data transfers—download music, podcasts, and apps with ease—and a redesigned antenna supports more frequencies and simultaneous dual-antenna operation for stronger signal in low-coverage areas.
Sleep Score transforms how you monitor rest
Sleep is fundamental to overall well-being and recovery. Apple Watch tracks your sleep using sensors that monitor heart rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen levels, and respiratory rate. The new Sleep Score feature in watchOS 26 provides an easy-to-understand daily score—with breakdowns and insights to highlight key areas for improvement. View your score via watch faces, the Smart Stack widget, or your Health app on iPhone.
The algorithm powering Sleep Score is based on guidelines from leading sleep health organizations and tested with over five million nights of data from the Apple Heart and Movement Study.
Sleep Score enhances existing health features—such as heart rate alerts, blood oxygen monitoring, and period tracking—for a more comprehensive health overview.
Updated workout experience with Workout Buddy
With watchOS 26, Series 11 introduces Workout Buddy, the first fitness experience powered by Apple Intelligence. It analyzes your workout data and fitness history to deliver personalized voice encouragement keyed to metrics like heart rate, pace, distance, Activity rings, and fitness goals. Initially available in English for popular workouts, it works with Apple Watch paired to Bluetooth headphones and a nearby iPhone with Apple Intelligence.
The redesigned Workout app UI offers a customizable layout: set your own workouts, adjust pace controls, track race routes, and more. Create and view workouts easily via the Fitness app on iPhone—and access them conveniently on Apple Watch.
Stay motivated by auto-playing music or podcasts at the start of workouts. Apple Music can recommend tracks based on your workout type and preferences—or show recently used suggestions within the workout context.
What’s new in watchOS 26
Beyond Sleep Score and Workout Buddy, Series 11 with watchOS 26 also brings revitalized design, smarter tools, and enhanced personalization to support active, healthy, connected lifestyles:
- A refreshed UI featuring Liquid Glass for vibrant watch faces, Smart Stack widgets, Notifications, Control Center, and deeper insights across the app interface.
- A redesigned face gallery includes two new faces: Fluid (color-shifting Liquid Glass numerals that respond to wrist movement) and Precision (a modern take on regulator clocks that separately displays hours, minutes, and seconds). Over 20 faces now display seconds movement without needing a wrist raise.
- A new one-hand wrist-flip gesture enables users to clear notifications, stop timers, or silence alarms with ease—ideal when one hand is occupied.
- Smart Stack widgets proactively surface useful actions based on sensor data and routines.
- Live translation in Messages, powered by Apple Intelligence, translates incoming text into your preferred language on your wrist when paired to a compatible iPhone. For English-language settings, contextual Smart Suggestions appear—such as “Check In”—when friends ask for your ETA or confirmation.
- A Notes app lets you create or open notes instantly from your wrist.
- Call Hold and Call Screening in the Phone app automatically detect when support staff answer your call and notify you to rejoin; unknown callers are prompted to provide their name and reason before ringing—so you decide to accept, decline, or request more info.

Built for the planet under Apple 2030 goals
Apple’s commitment to carbon neutrality by 2030 is realized in Series 11: it uses 40 percent recycled materials—including 100 percent recycled cobalt in the battery and 100 percent recycled titanium or aluminum in the case. The titanium case is produced via advanced 3D printing using half the material of previous models. The global supply chain runs on 100 percent renewable energy (wind and solar), and the watch is built for durability and repair with leading software support, meeting Apple’s high energy-efficiency and chemical safety standards. Packaging is 100 percent fiber-based and fully recyclable.
Apple’s global operations are already carbon neutral, with facilities (including data centers running Apple Intelligence) powered entirely by renewable energy. These efforts have slashed Apple’s greenhouse gas emissions by more than 60 percent since 2015.
