Black Desert Expands Edana with Major Update 2

New quests, new bosses Fierce PVP competitions and exciting events.

Today, Pearl Abyss has released its second major update for Black Desert’s newest land, the Edanian Monster World, with new quests, new bosses, and fierce PVP competition for the throne of Edana.

Since its launch on August 21, Adania has become a fiercely contested land, where adventurers battle it out every week for the coveted throne. In this new update, players can experience an enhanced storyline in the form of epic cutscenes and new main quests that will reveal a deeper history of Edania.

Adventurers can immerse themselves in a journey to Thenebraum and Jephiros with 3 new stories that will add a new dimension to Edana’s legacy. By this update. The new main quest will be centered on the castles of Tenebraum and Jephiros, along with 30 side quests titled Edana’s Legacy, which will reveal the fractured history of Edania. By completing these tests, players are rewarded with a variety of valuable items, such as Birth Flakes and Gold Bars.

New high-level hunting areas and brutal bosses are also added: the Castle of Thenebraum (the territory of Carthage), guarded by soldiers controlled by the power of ancient Atro, and the Castle of Jeffiros (the territory of Caplas), which is filled with terrifying creatures that unleash fire and lava. Adventurers will encounter Cartien and Capras. These new castle protectors will both provide players with valuable challenges and rewards.

Adventurers can defeat the powerful bosses in the castles of Thenebraum and Jephiros to challenge for control of the throne. The chosen Edana must defend her throne from other adventurers, and the position of the new Adana will be decided in this challenging battle.

This update also features the Kabua Relic that points the way and the Relic of Dekir that can be developed into a powerful device. And when you collect the Crystals of the Guides from the Edania Monsters, they are transformed into the Crystals of the Guides. Players will be able to transform their own relics into unparalleled tools of destruction.

To celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of Crossplay, Black Desert is hosting a special in-game event where adventurers can enjoy a Hot Time event that increases combat experience by 1,000% and item drop rate by 100%. Infinite Adventure Medals from defeating monsters, collecting, and fishing, which can be redeemed for great rewards, including up to 1,000 Cron Stones.
