LET IT DIE Offline Mode Announced With Data Transfer

LET IT DIE has officially announced an offline version of the game, giving players the long-awaited option to continue playing without an internet connection and even transfer existing server data.

Years ago, many players experienced this unique online souls-like title from Grasshopper Manufacture and GungHo Online, available on both PC and PlayStation 4. The game first launched in 2016 and featured a challenge where players fought their way up a dangerous roguelike tower. Through the system known as “Death Data,” players could utilize armor, weapons, and various collectibles to survive the chaos created by the ever-eccentric Uncle Death and his minions.

The upcoming offline version preserves the core gameplay, graphics, and overall experience of the original online release. What makes it especially appealing is that it supports transferring data from the existing server, ensuring players can continue their progress without starting over. This also offers an alternative way to enjoy the game in situations where the online version may discontinue or when going online simply isn’t convenient.

The game continues to be available on both PC and PlayStation 4, and with its strong single-player-friendly structure, the offline version feels like a natural evolution. However, one major detail remains unclear: whether the offline version will be a standard purchase or follow a free-to-start model. More information is expected soon, and once any new updates surface, they will be shared immediately.
