Love and Deepspace Tops Gacha Revenue in December 2025, Nearly Doubling Genshin Impact

The gacha game market closed out 2025 with fierce competition, as new revenue data from Sensor Tower revealed major shifts in rankings. One standout title surged past established blockbusters, grabbing the spotlight and generating widespread discussion among mobile gamers.

According to Sensor Tower’s December 2025 revenue report, Love and Deepspace claimed the top spot with approximately $82 million USD in earnings. This represents a massive jump from November’s $30 million, nearly doubling the performance of Genshin Impact, which generated around $40 million in the same period.

Following the leaders, other top-grossing gacha games included Pokémon TCG Pocket at $36 million and Zenless Zone Zero at $33 million, demonstrating notable growth. Meanwhile, Honkai: Star Rail remained in the top ranks, though its revenue declined compared to the previous month.

The top 20 gacha games feature a mix of genres, from anime-style RPGs to action games, including well-known franchises like Fate/Grand Order, Monster Strike, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, NIKKE, Arknights, and Azur Lane. While some titles saw minor declines, the overall market remains highly competitive, showing that player engagement and revenue can fluctuate month to month.

This data highlights the dynamic nature of the gacha market. The key questions moving into 2026 will be which games can sustain long-term performance and which newcomers will emerge as major contenders.
