Developed by RX Studio, a Nexon Games subsidiary under IO Division, the teaser immediately sparked excitement among fans, highlighting the talent of former Blue Archive developers involved in the project.
Project RX Continues the Legacy of Blue Archive
Project RX is a subculture-oriented 3D anime game for PC and mobile, designed to immerse players in a charming alternate world. Utilizing Unreal Engine 5, the game combines high-quality 3D graphics with life simulation elements (“Life Content”), allowing players to experience a sense of living alongside the characters.
The latest teaser focuses on everyday life moments of the characters, including reading books, cooking, and spending time in private spaces like living rooms, bedrooms, and gardens. These sequences create a warm and immersive atmosphere. Later in the teaser, the mood shifts to dynamic skills and combat scenes, hinting that Project RX will balance relaxing life simulation with intense action sequences.
Development Team and Background
Project RX is being developed by RX Studio, leveraging expertise from Nexon’s IO Headquarters, the team behind the global success of Blue Archive. Cha Min-seo, producer of Blue Archive in Korea and globally, will serve as Project RX’s producer, while Yutokamizu, former character designer and illustrator for Blue Archive, joins as Art Director. The team has also incorporated feedback from internal tests conducted in September 2025 to continuously enhance the game’s quality.
